www.alpanaaras.com operates as a blog, an online shop, and a platform offering a variety of creative and educational Services. These include digital products, AI-assisted creative services, traditional photography services, in-person and virtual experiences, future online courses, and other offerings designed to support entrepreneurs, professionals, and customers seeking artistic or branding guidance. We also offer downloadable items and physical goods available for purchase through the Site.

Some Services, such as photography sessions or coaching programs, require a separate written contract (“Service Agreement”). When such a Service Agreement exists, it governs the specific service you purchased. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will control.

By visiting the Site, submitting forms, sending emails, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us in electronic form. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable files such as guides, templates, presets, vision boards, or similar content (“Digital Products”). Due to their immediate-access nature, all Digital Products are non-refundable. When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim authorship of any Digital Product. Access to digital downloads may be removed or modified with reasonable notice.

AI Creative Services

Our AI creative Services include AI-generated portraits, AI-enhanced imagery, and similar offerings (“AI Services”). By purchasing AI Services, you acknowledge and agree that the creative fee is non-refundable, that results may vary from your expectations, and that creative interpretation is part of the artistic process. We do not guarantee specific poses, likenesses, environments, or styles.

You agree to submit source images and materials exactly as instructed and within required timelines. Delayed, incomplete, or incorrect submissions may affect your results or delivery timeline. You represent that you have the legal right to upload and use any images, likenesses, or content you provide to us. We may decline requests containing inappropriate, unlawful, or unethical material.

You receive a personal and business-use license for images created for you. You may not sell, sublicense, or misuse the images in ways that violate the rights of others. 

All usage rights and display permissions for photography and AI images are governed exclusively by the Service Agreement you sign before your project begins.

Photography Services

Photography Services require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your session date. All specific terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, session logistics, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, artwork purchases, and model releases are governed by the Service Agreement you sign before your session. These Terms provide only general principles; the Service Agreement will always override these Terms for session-specific policies.

Courses, Workshops, and Membership Programs

If we offer courses, workshops, group programs, or membership communities, these may have their own additional terms or agreements. Unless otherwise stated, course and membership fees are non-refundable, access may be time-limited, and login credentials may not be shared with others.

Placing Orders for Goods

Certain items offered on the Site are physical goods (“Goods”). By placing an order for Goods, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

To complete an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, shipping address, and payment details. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and authorize us to share this information with third-party payment processors as needed to complete your order.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to use images created through photography or AI Services in our portfolio, marketing materials, and educational content.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, follow all instructions related to your Service, and respect all deadlines for delivering required materials (such as source images for AI work). Failure to follow instructions may delay or affect your results. You also agree not to misuse or violate the licensing terms associated with any delivered work.

Disclaimers

Our Services are creative, artistic, and educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, likenesses, or performance. All use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party platform failures, service outages, loss of data after delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data. In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.
