Coming full circle at 60, I really felt like I am at the place I want to be. I want to celebrate the life I am living at the peak of my life.
I am not at my goal weight, but I am as healthy as I want to be, and I am not hating my body, which is a good thing because you have got to love yourself first.
I want my grandchildren one day to know Grandma was fierce and powerful.
